Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Once an order is completed and the download link has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds. Digital files cannot be returned in the way physical goods can, because once they are delivered they stay with the buyer.

When We Will Help or Refund
We will always make things right in these situations. Please email digitalproductdukan360@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase:
- Product not received: if you did not receive your download after successful payment and we are unable to deliver it, we will issue a full refund.
- Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same order, the extra payment will be refunded in full.
- Broken or corrupted files: if a file does not open or is damaged, we will send you a working copy. If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund you.
Order Cancellation
Because products are delivered immediately after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. If your payment was deducted but the order did not go through, please contact us with your payment reference.
