At DigitalProductDukan.com (“we,” “us,” “our”), most of our products are instant digital downloads. Because digital files can’t be “returned,” our policy focuses on quick resolution, file access support, and fair exceptions.
1) What qualifies for a refund?
We’ll gladly issue a refund or replacement in these situations:
- Duplicate/Accidental Multiple Charge
You were charged more than once for the same order. - Technical Delivery Failure
You didn’t receive download access within a reasonable time (after checking spam/“Promotions”) and our team is unable to deliver the files within 72 hours of your written request. - Corrupt or Incomplete Files
The delivered files are corrupted/unopenable and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 72 hours. - Listing or Pricing Error
A major, demonstrable mismatch between the product description and the delivered files.
For approved cases, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Banks/payment gateways may take 3–7 business days to reflect the credit.
2) Non-refundable items (digital content)
Refunds are not provided for:
- Successful downloads or access already granted to the files.
- Buyer’s remorse or “I don’t need it anymore.”
- Inability to use files due to software/hardware limitations when the product page already lists requirements.
- Discounted/promotional/bonus bundles where access has been delivered.
- Orders older than 7 days from purchase date (unless required by law).
(Note for EU/UK users: the statutory “cooling-off” period generally does not apply once you consent to receive digital content immediately and download/access has begun.)
3) Exchanges / Re-delivery
If you have trouble with a file (e.g., broken link, corrupted archive), we will re-activate your download link or re-deliver the corrected files at no extra cost. Most file issues are fixed within 24–48 business hours.
4) Order cancellation
- Before download/access: You may request cancellation if the order hasn’t been fulfilled.
- After download/access: Cancellations aren’t possible (see non-refundable items).
- Pre-orders: You can cancel anytime before the files are released/delivered.

5) How to request a refund
Email digitalproductdukan360@gmail.com with:
- Subject: Refund Request – [Order ID]
- Your full name and the email used at checkout
- Purchase date and payment screenshot (if possible)
- Clear reason (duplicate charge, delivery failure, corrupt files, etc.)
- Any error screenshots/logs (optional but helpful)
Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.
6) Download access & link expiry
- Download links are typically delivered instantly via email and/or shown on the order confirmation page.
- For security and bandwidth, links may have time or attempt limits. If yours expires, write to us—we’ll refresh access after verifying your order.
7) Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and forwarding order records to the payment provider for resolution.
8) Taxes & invoices
If you need a tax/GST invoice or billing name update, email us with your Order ID and correct billing details. We’ll re-issue the invoice where possible.

Q. I paid but didn’t get the download. What now?
Check spam/Promotions. If not found, email us your Order ID—we’ll resend access.
Q. My ZIP/PDF won’t open.
Send a screenshot/error message; we’ll provide a corrected file or alternate link.
Q. I bought by mistake—can I get a refund?
If access wasn’t delivered yet, we can cancel. Once delivered/downloaded, refunds aren’t provided except in the specific cases above.
